Question:115 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry whether he received applications from either statutory or non-governmental organisations in 1994 for spending under national lottery funds; the organisations which applied and the value of their applications; the criteria for approval of national lottery funding in his Department; and if he will give details of the process whereby his Department responds to such applications.
