103 Mr. Morley asked the Minister for the Environment of the criteria for selecting towns and villages qualifying for the recently announced Urban and Village Renewal Grants Scheme; if local authorities have been given a deadline by which these towns are to be selected; the projects prioritised; and the professional plans relating to them submitted to his Department. The approach to be adopted by local authorities in selecting towns and villages for the purposes of the urban and village renewal sub-programme is set out in the reply to Questions Nos. 12 and 90 on 27 April 1995. Local authorities have been requested to submit their 1995 plans by 27 May 1995.
