80 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht when urgent repairs will be carried out to the railings, steps and river bridge in the Swiss Cottage car park in Cahir, County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9506/95]

The railings and steps are the property of Tipperary SR County Council and I understand that the National Monuments and Historic Properties Service has been in contact with the council who will carry out the necessary repairs.

I understand that the river bridge is not in need of repair.
