68 Miss M. Wallace asked the Minister for Justice the number of gardaí who have had any form of disciplinary action taken against them for their behaviour while playing sport under the auspices of any outside organisation. [10467/95]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that there is no recorded case of disciplinary action having been taken against a member of the Garda Síochána while playing sport under the auspices of any outside organisation.
