Trevor Sargent
Question:168 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment the potential in Ireland for the manufacture of rubber tiles for use where children are playing: and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that, in the absence of a tyre shredding plant estimated to cost £150,000 to establish, all raw materials for such manufacture must be imported whereas tyre shredding in Ireland would produce employment, particularly for the travelling community.
