Question:

212 Mr. Mulvihill asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the projects and the amounts of money which have already received approval for lottery funding for which the funding has not yet been paid. [10873/95]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 210, 211 and 212 together.

In 1991 a total of £940,581 was provided from national lottery funds for the capital and non-capital expenses of the National Botanic Gardens. On 9 January 1992 responsibility for the gardens was transferred to the Minister for Finance. This is the only occasion on which my Department has received money from the national lottery. There are no outstanding approvals for lottery funding with my Department for which money has not been paid.
