153 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education arising from her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 147 of 24 January 1995, the outcome of the investigation of the monitoring committee; and if there has been an equitable resolution in the matter. [11426/95]
The monitoring commitee established to deal with the matter referred to and my Department have had discussions with the authorities of the school in question. As a result, I am satisfied that the selection of pupils for enrolment in the school will in future be in accordance with the terms of Departmental Circular M 51/93.
