Question:158 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Justice if it is proposed that work will commence in 1995 on a project (details supplied) in County Galway. [11146/95]
I propose to answer Questions Nos. 154 and 158 together. I have given approval for the refurbishment of Kilcolgan Garda station and official married quarters. Tender documents are being prepared by the Office of Public Works for this project and they have informed me that they should be in a position to invite tenders by the end of July.
It is hoped that a contract will be placed and work completed before the end of the year.
