84 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Health if he will provide dentures for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 as she is a dependant of her husband who is on invalidity pension and in view of the fact that she has practically no teeth and is being told by the Eastern Health Board that she must wait 13 years until she is 65 years old; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Limerick East): As the provision of dental treatment to eligible persons in the Dublin 11 area is the statutory responsibility of the Eastern Health Board I have asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly as a matter of urgency.
