Question:122 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite a Land Registry matter for a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [12218/95]
Written Answers. - Land Registry Application.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application by the person referred to by the Deputy has not been traced in the Ground Rents Section of the Land Registry and that the reference number supplied by the Deputy appears incorrect.
If the Deputy wishes me to pursue the matter further with the Land Registry; perhaps he could write to me with details of the approximate date of lodgment and the reference number of any documentation the person concerned has received from the Land Registry.
