144 Mr. B. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment the number of appeals lodged with An Bord Pleanála over the last three years; the number of appeals from each local authority; and the number of cases where the local authority decision was upheld by An Bord Pleanála. [12732/95]
The information requested for 1992 and 1993 is available in An Bord Pleanála's reports for those years, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library.
The number of appeals lodged with the board in 1994 was 2,330; a detailed breakdown will be contained in the 1994 annual report which will be published shortly.
