145 Mr. Leonard asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of funding being made available to each county for public water/sewerage schemes under the current tranche of Cohesion Funds. [12849/95]

Funding from the Cohesion Fund is granted on a project-by-project basis. Approvals to date in respect of water and sewerage projects are indicated in the following table:

146 Mr. Leonard asked the Minister for the Environment if he proposes to make funding available in 1995 for the second phase of the Stranooden, County Monaghan group water scheme. [12866/95]

My Department is currently examining this proposal with a view to an early decision on grant approval.
