389 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications the progress, if any, that has been made in the last three months on the agreement to amendments to the wages grade pension scheme for CIE workers. [13016/95]
Agreement has been reached on the amending scheme for the CIE Pension Scheme for regular wages staff. CIE have now, as required by statute, advertised the scheme, and 28 days are allowed for objections to be lodged. If no objections are lodged I can confirm by Order the proposed scheme.
