134 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Environment when he expects to receive the IBEC report in response to the Strategy for Recycling, in light of the time frame set down by the previous Government that IBEC respond by October 1994. [13604/95]
IBEC have recently indicated to my Department that the Industry Task Force on Recycling intends to present a report in November 1995. Completion of this report was delayed by the decision of the Task Force earlier this year to engage consultants to provide a more detailed assessment for them of the financial implications of different recycling options.
