89 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications whether a date was agreed for the conclusion of the cost and competitiveness review in the ESB at a meeting on 27 June 1995; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13633/95]

The parties to the CCR process — ESB Unions, ESB management and the Department of Transport, Energy and Communications — have agreed that every effort should be made to bring the CCR to a conclusion by 31 October 1995.
