97 Mr. S. Brennan asked the Minister for Education the State bodies under the aegis of her Department that have been specifically asked to comply with the 1994 Public Procurement Booklet; and when each of the State bodies was asked by her Department to comply with the principles contained in the booklet. The following are the State bodies under the aegis of the Minister for Education which were asked to comply with the terms of the 1994 Public Procurement booklet: Regional technical colleges on 25 May 1994; the Dublin Institute of Technology on 25 May 1994; the Higher Education Authority on 14 November 1994.
