Written Answers. - Petrol and Diesel Consumption.
Based on returns made to my Department by oil companies, consumption in 1994 is calculated as follows: unleaded petrol, 482,000 metric tonnes; leaded petrol, 502,000 metric tonnes; white diesel, 826,000 metric tonnes.
