121 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for the Environment if he has made any announcement since 15 December 1994, regarding the location or relocation of any institution, organisation, project or scheme involving public funds, which come under the aegis of his Department, in his Dáil constituency; if any of his Minister(s) of State have made similar announcements in relation to their own Dáil constituencies; if he will give details of these announcements; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Arising from the business of my Department, the following public announcements were made since 15 December 1994 by me in respect of my constituency and by Minister of State, Deputy McManus, in respect of her constituency. I am not aware of any such announcements relating to the business of my Department made by Minister of State, Deputy Allen, who serves also as Minister of State at the Department of Education.
