169 Mr. D. Wallace asked the Minister for the Environment the identity of each report received by his Department from the Environmental Protection Agency since its inception; and the geographical distribution of the relevant problem areas. [16298/95]

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin):

Lists of publications and reports issued by the Environmental Protection Agency during 1993 and 1994 are contained in the agency's annual reports and accounts for those years, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library. Virtually all of these publications and reports are addressed to the public and are received by my Department on a courtesy basis. Further information about Environmental Protection Agency publications may be obtained from the agency.

In addition, the following reports were prepared by the agency for my Department but not formally published:

Reports on Estuarine and Coastal Waters Monitoring Programme.

Identification of the Outer Limits of Estuaries in Ireland for the purposes of the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive.

Summary reports for smoke and sulphur dioxide monitoring results for 1993-94 and 1994-95 monitoring years.
