Written Answers. - Land Registry Application.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application for a copy map of Folio 51280 County Galway was received in the Land Registry on 9 October 1995 and is currently being processed. In the event of no queries being raised, it is envisaged that the copy map will issue within the next eight weeks.
I am informed that it is the policy of the Land Registry to try, as far as possible, to expedite cases in which it can be established that special circumstances of urgency exist. Any such cases will be specially considered if details of the reasons for urgency are submitted to the Registrar of Titles.
