301 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the status of an application under the milk restructuring scheme for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16178/95]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. Yates):

Payment of subsidy in respect of milk quota purchased by the person named was made to his co-operative on 24 August 1995 for passing on to him.
