The letter of appointment of the Chairman of CIE is a personal letter and I do not, therefore, propose to lay the document before Dáil Éireann. If it would be of assistance to the Deputy, I would be happy to let him see the letter. The Deputy can contact my office if he wishes to pursue the matter.
