Written Answers. - Bantry (Cork) Harbour Commissioners By-Laws.
My Department is currently considering draft by-laws submitted by Bantry Harbour Commissioners and will shortly convey its observations and suggested amendments to the Commissioners. When the draft by-laws have been agreed they will be advertised in accordance with section 60 of the Harbours Act, 1946, and dealt with accordingly.
