140 Mr. D. Wallace asked the Minister for Justice the total number of motorists convicted of speeding to date in 1995; the distribution of the recorded speeds separately for those noted in the 30 mph, 40 mph and 60 mph speed limit areas; and the distribution of penalties applied for the different speed limit zones. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the information sought by the Deputy is not readily available, and could only be obtained by the expenditure of a disproportionate amount of Garda time and resources.
