51 Mr. O'Malley asked the Minister for Justice the progress, if any, of the Garda investigations into allegations of murder threats and intimidation of a Garda by criminals which resulted in his transfer from Roxboro in Limerick. [16490/95]

I dealt with this matter in my response to Parliamentary Question No. 244 of 7 November 1995. The position has not changed since that date.
