78 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the problems, if any, that will be encountered by small dairy producers who do not fill their quota in 1995-96 in any future review of quota in 1996. [17495/95]

There are no proposals relating to the implementation of the milk quota system from 1996, either at national or EU level, which will create difficulties for smaller scale producers who will not fill the quota available to them in 1995-96.
