75 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide a list of permissions to build which have been granted on lands leased or licensed by him on the great heath of Maryborough, County Laois, since 1970. [18099/95]

The records of the Commissioners of Public Works indicate that no permissions have been granted since 1970 by or on behalf of the Minister for Finance for the erection of buildings on lands leased or licensed by the Minister on the great heath of Maryborough.
