I have no such proposals. In the context of a seminar on accommodation agencies, organised by Threshold some months ago, I understand that proposals were made for certain amendments to the Auctioneers and House Agents Act, 1947, to regulate the operations of these agencies. Any amendment to this Act is a matter for the Minister for Justice.
