I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to apply a certain sum out of the Central Fund to the service of the year ended on the 31st day of December, 1993, and to appropriate to the proper supply services and purposes sums granted by the Central Fund (Permanent Provisions) Act, 1965, and to provide for the setting up, and payments on an ex gratia basis out of, a special account to be funded from moneys provided by the Oireachtas in the health vote in respect of a scheme of compensation established or to be established by the Minister for Health and for connected matters.
