I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of the Select Committee on Finance and General Affairs and the Order of the Dáil of 1st March, 1995, an additional 4 members be nominated by the Committee of Selection to serve on the Select Committee on Finance and General Affairs for the purposes of its consideration of the Committees of the Houses of the Oireachtas (Compellability, Privileges and Immunities of Witnesses) Bill, 1995."
