Question:92 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Justice if she will review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who requires a proper land registry dealing for his property. [2839/96]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that dealing No. X6383/93 refers to an application under section 49 (i.e. acquisition of title by long possession) of the Registration of Title Act, 1964.
I understand that this dealing is in the final stages of completion and it is expected that a final decision will be made in the matter next week.
