Question:91 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Justice the number and type of crime in each area within the Dublin Metropolitan area and each Dublin electoral constituency for each of the years 1990 to 1995. [2819/96]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that information regarding the number of indictable crimes recorded for each category of offence is published in the Garda Commissioner's Annual Report on Crime, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library. The Commissioner's report for 1995 will be published later this year
Statistics are compiled on a Garda divisional basis rather than an electoral constituency basis.
