Mitchell asked the Minister for Health who will pay for the treatment of a 12 year old girl (details supplied) in Dublin 8 who requires major dental surgery including the removal of upper wisdom teeth which will require three days in hospital where there is no GMS card and where the parent is just outside the GMS guidelines; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
