97 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a person (details supplied) in County Limerick did not receive the full amount of grant which was awarded to him under the scheme of grants for re-thatching of houses. [3308/96]

The cost of the works, as certified by the person who carried them out was £1,000. The maximum grant payable is two-thirds of this amount, £666 and this was paid to the applicant in November 1993.
