Question:

108 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the way in which moneys accruing to the Exchequer from the milk super levy are dispensed; and the main beneficiaries. [5831/96]

Any moneys colected in respect of super levy liability are passed on by the competent authority to the EU in accordance with the relevant legislation. Such moneys do not accrue to the Exchequer.
