108 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment the arrangements, if any, that are being made to mark the 50 Anniversary of the Labour Court in 1996. [7705/96]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 105 and 108 together.

A sum of £50,000 has been included in my Department's Estimates for 1996 for activities to mark the 50th anniversary of the setting up of the Labour Court in 1946. Among the activities planned so far, is the publication of a history of the court later this year. The Labour Court is currently giving consideration to the holding of some other events.
