91 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice the reason the Garda no longer carry out regular foot patrols along Seville Place, Dublin 1, with the result that gangs of youths are congregating at this location attacking motorists and causing serious concern to local residents. [7731/96]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that, in addition to mobile patrols, Seville Place is regularly patrolled by gardaí on foot.
