Question:44 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Education if she will have arrangements made for the sanction of a science block extension to a school (details supplied) in County Cork. [10026/96]
Written Answers. - County Cork School Extension.
Approval to proceed with the architectural planning of an extension at this school was given in July 1995. The proposed extension includes the provision of science laboratories and a preparatory area. The Department's technical staff are currently examining the revised stage 1 submission — outline sketch scheme — recently submitted to the building unit by the school's consultant architect.
When this examination has been completed, a planning and briefing meeting will be arranged with the school authorities.
