307 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications the existing routes over which the Violet passenger bus service, Black-rock, County Louth, is permitted to operate; if he will give details of the history of the route availability granted by licence to this company; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is not departmental policy to publish details of individual passenger licences held by bus operators as such information is a confidential matter between the Department and the licensee. However, if the licensee to whom the Deputy's question refers requires clarification on any aspects of its road passenger licences, officials of my Department will be happy to provide what assistance they can.
