Question:217 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made for the payment of a 1995 forestry maintenance grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [10973/96]
Written Answers. - Grant Payment.
The first instalment of the afforestation grant was paid to the applicant in December 1993. As the plantation qualified for the increased grant rates under the CAP afforestation programme, a top-up payment was made in January 1995. I presume the Deputy is referring to the second instalment of the grant. This is due in December 1977, subject to compliance with the conditions of the scheme.
