Question:

133 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry whether a person (details supplied) in County Cork who is an applicant under the control of farmyard pollution scheme has had his application approved; and when payment will issue to the applicant. [11184/96]

Approval issued to the applicant in September 1995 under the scheme of investment aid for the control of farm pollution on the understanding that payment would be made in 1997, subject to the work being completed to the Department's specification. Payment will issue in 1997.

134 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made to have payment of a farm grant made to a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [11211/96]
