Written Answers. - Dublin Burglaries.

Tony Gregory

Question:

258 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if she will request the gardaí at the Bridewell Garda Station, Dublin 7, to investigate the incidents in which a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7 was the victim of several burglaries and is in a position to identify the culprits; whether the gardaí will pursue the matter and arrange the appropriate procedures for identification of those concerned. [12604/96]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that a person was convicted of a burglary on 6 January 1996 at the residence of the person in question. A previous burglary, which occurred on 26 November 1995, is under investigation.
