296 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the status of an application under the milk subsidy scheme by a person (details supplied) in Count Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12554/96]

An application for subsidy in relation to milk quota purchased under the 1995 restructuring scheme by the person named is still under consideration and further information is awaited from the applicant before a final decision can be made in this case.
