I propose to take Questions Nos. 103, 106 and 107 together.

These are large, high cost schemes, which are designed to provide the infill for public regional water supply schemes. Under the Operational Programme for Environmental Services, up to £10 million European Regional Development Fund funding is being provided over the period 1995-99 to assist in the development of certain categories of group water schemes which contribute to the development of rural areas. The planning stages of these schemes are substantially complete. It is intended to consider them for co-financing during the life of the Operational Programme.
