90 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Finance when a decision will be made to provide funding under Article 10 of the European Regional Development Fund Regulation in respect of Cherry Orchard Partnership for Employment whose application was submitted by Dublin Corporation, Ballyfermot Partnership and State agencies. The European Commission is the sole deciding authority on applications for funding under Article 10 of the European Regional Development Fund Regulation. As my Department is not involved in the decision making process, it will not be apprised of the time of the European Commission's decision on the applications mentioned by the Deputy.
