223 Dr. Woods asked the Minister for Justice whether she has received the recommendations of the Judicial Appointments Advisory Board in respect of appointments to vacant judicial positions in the High Court and the Circuit Court, particularly in view of the requirements for the Family Law (Divorce) Bill, 1996. I have recently received the recommendations of the Judicial Appointments Advisory Board in respect of vacancies on the benches of the High and Circuit Courts and I am preparing to take these recommendations to Government as soon as possible.
