446 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Marine the action, if any, he intends to take against companies that do not adhere to the conditions of temporary licences, particularly in relation to the non-removal of fish cages. [14416/96]

As the regulatory authority for acquaculture, my Department takes all appropriate steps to ensure compliance with conditions governing aquaculture permissions.
