Mary O'Rourke

Question:

80 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health if he will review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who seeks eligibility for a disabled person's maintenance allowance. [14899/96]

Limerick East): Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, Midland Health Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
