Question:103 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for the Environment the plans, if any, he has to grant Ennis Urban District Council approval to appoint consulting engineers to undertake a review of the town's main drainage scheme as per the draft brief submitted to his Department in November 1995. [14820/96]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 102 and 103 together.
A brief for this scheme is with my Department at present. Having regard to the existing level of commitment under the water and sewerage schemes programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve it.
