Question:989 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for the Marine whether he will grant aid the repair of a pier (details supplied) in County Donegal to enable it to operate as a viable freight landing port and so create a number of jobs and generate revenue in an area devoid of real industry; and if he will make a statement on the provision or availability of interest free loans that could be given to local authorities for this type of project.
